Senior Java Developer

Location: Wroclaw

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

We are creating a new scrum team to takeover e-commerce platform development for one of the largest internationally leading enterprise company, which acts in the fields of optics, electronics and medical technology. Scrum team will be responsible for implementation of new features, product deployment and support of services, like:

Overview of available different kind of products
Virtual try on
make an appointment to get the product in the nearest place, based on client's location
Online shopping

RESPONSIBILITIES

Taking a part as a team member in development, deployment and supporting of on-line platform responsibility would include:

New feature implementing
Architecture improvements
fixing and support existing builds

SKILLS

MUST

For back-end part ->

Spring Boot (2.x)
Spring ecosystem (DI, spring-data, spring-web)
Java 11 (Java 8 at least)
Unit / integration testing (JUnit, Mockito) / TDD
REST / HTTP API
Messaging / Async Communication
JPA Persistance
Relational Database / SQL (SQL Server)
Maven and/or Gradle
Domain Driven Design
Hexagonal Architecture

As well:

Kubernetes - very desirable
Docker - very desirable
Azure Services (Azure DevOps)
Git
Agile / Scrum experience
Clean code / testable, maintainable and extensible code
English fluently
Ability for BT to Germany

NICE TO HAVE

VS Code / IntelliJ IDEA
Communicative german
