Your new role
Working in the position of Senior Internal Recruiter you will assume responsibility for the entire recruitment process - from briefing up to the offer & on-boarding stage (End to End).Talent Attraction & Stakeholder Management role will be to develop and deliver candidate attraction strategies, effectively manage the talent pool of Candidates, liaising with Hiring Managers to obtain any missing information and to ensure required vacancy approvals are actioned, conducting phone interviews, participating in face to face/ online interviews & organising Assessment Centers. Short-listing appropriate Candidates, providing feedback and reporting activities.Employer Branding Initiatives
You will also build a positive image of Hays ISC as an employer by participating actively in the job fairs and other events promoting Hays Talent Solutions.What you’ll need to succeed We are looking for positive individuals with solid recruitment work experience (flexible regarding the industry sector). You must be a driven person, who is credible with proven relationship development skills and have a history of exceptional delivery to customers. You will benefit from being organized, proactive, with a logical and customer-centric approach to the end-to-end recruitment process.In addition you will need to be a confident communicator who can build up excellent relationships with candidates and Hiring Managers.
