We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:
Senior Implementation Manager
Location: Kraków
Key Accountabilities: :
Support the delivery of revenue to achieve Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets and maximise the extent to which client needs are met
Ensure implementation occurs in line with time, budget and quality expectations
Seek ongoing improvements to the implementation processes
Leverage Client feedback to shape client proposition and new product development activity across
Ensure the efficient completion of technical and operational on-boarding activities for new to trade or new to bank clients
Ensure Credit/Risk recommendations, Know Your Customer (KYC) Procedures and other Procedures Guidelines / Manuals are implemented and adhered to
Deliver on Client Service model by coordinating transition from reactive to proactive service proposition
Support development, direction and delivery of strategic initiatives through e.g.: detailed Implementation reports, meetings attended, monitoring and management of deal pipeline modules etc. and the quality of solutions and presentations
To lead, manage and implement domestic and regional solutions for customers
Manage key relationships with internal and external stakeholders, developing and maintaining strong working relationships
Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets
Maintain close liaison with intra country, intra region and cross regional colleagues/stakeholders so as to provide input into the strategic direction of Sales, Product and Client Management functions and to the overall direction of regional and global business
Responsible for the performance management of the team, using relevant performance management tools, ensuring timely action is taken to improve underperformance, to maximise effectiveness of the team
Continuously monitor and gather information from relevant sources to assess potential impacts and identify risks, necessary changes and business opportunities
Apply policies, procedures, practices and standards to their allocated tasks, taking responsibility for their own actions, to ensure the achievement of high levels of quality, effective risk management and regulatory compliance
Requirements:
Subject Matter Expert in eCommerce Channel Enablement Operations, Client implementation or Helpdesks
Exposure to global trade and receivables finance, services, products and techniques
Fluent in English, French and German
2+ years experience in People Management with proven track record of leadership and service delivery
Experience in driving team and individual performance to achieve customer and financial targets
Self-starter capable of working in ill-defined domains and able to move tactically towards a strategic goal
Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills
Excellent planning, organizing and commercial skills. Highly effective in working with all levels of management and staff and in a matrix environment
Operates well across cultures and in multi-cultural diverse work environments
Resourceful and ability to leverage resources available to achieve goals
Strong relationship management and change management skills
Track record of driving innovative operational solutions
Good level of business acumen and commercial awareness, including economic, cultural, procedural and regulatory issues
Flexibility to match working hours to issues and business needs
Ability to achieve results under pressure and ill defined boundaries
