Our Client is an industrial manufacturer with companies located around the world. We are looking for Senior HR Specialist who will be responsible for end-to-end process and participating in the organization of HR projects.
The office is located in Ochota. Since the beginning of 2022 hybrid working model will be implemented.

Description
- Ongoing operational support to company employees (sales, administration, marketing, production and logistics)
- Supporting end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process (partly)
- Support in organization of trainings in departments
- Participation in the organization of HR projects such as Talent Succession Review, Employee Engagement Survey, Competency Review and many others
- Inputting employee data into SAP SuccessFactors HR system and ensuring its regular updating
- Cooperating with an external payroll company, including support in preparing payroll and HR budgets
- Preparing presentations and reports for projects carried out in the HR department
- Support the department in the management and administration of benefits
- Preparation of employee documents such as contracts, certificates, research referrals, etc.
- Creating organizational culture based on company values
Profile
- Min. 2-3 years of experience in HR (preferably experience in SSC)
- English (min. B2)
- MS Office knowledge (especially MS Excel)
- Interest in new trends in recruitment, EB
- Openness to acquiring new knowledge and you can find yourself in a very dynamic environment
