Your new company
For our Client, well known financial company, we are looking for Senior HR Recruitment Specialist to join their internal HR department.

Your new role
While working at the position of Senior Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting the recruitment processes in line with Hiring Managers, coordinating recruitment processes in time and with high quality.
Your daily duties will also include initiating and maintaining cooperation with stakeholders, establishing and coordinating relationship with the universities and other institutions in order to ensure the best talents. You will be also responsible for ensuring that the costumer issues are resolved, providing reports and ensuring process productivity and achievements of recruitment SLA’s.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for Candidates with more than 3 years of experience in Recruitment (agency or internal HR). Proven record of recruiting senior and specialized roles, experience in recruiting IT roles is an asset. Experience in working with international and multicultural environment is a must. Excellent English language skills. Analytical skills and strong Excel skills are a must.
