Mission

Partner with business leaders to provide value driven HR strategies and solutions to assist with achievement of their business objectives while attracting, retaining and developing talents. Advise managers and employees on their professional development and performance.

Role description

  • Plan, organize, and control the activities and actions of the HR department.
  • Manage HR budget.
  • Oversee all Personnel Administration & Payroll processes. Ensure day-to-day HR operations are working and transactional processes are delivered. Continuously seek for process improvements. Focus on meeting KPIs.
  • Take accountability for on/off boarding processes.
  • Manage the People Master Plan to ensure that each employee receives annual performance objectives, accurate and constructive feedback as well as recognition and reward from their managers through the compensation processes including annual compensation review and variable pay plans, in line with policy, budget and equity.
  • Assist Managers with performance management and employee relations for recovery purpose or departure management.
  • Assist managers in defining and selecting employee talent by having profiles aligned with the organizational direction, either through promotion, internal mobility or external search.
  • Contributes to external & internal candidate selection process assisting management in identifying the right talent, partnering with talent sourcing & acquisition team.
  • Partner with management to secure the success of new hires with role specific on boarding program.
  • Conduct Talent Capital process together with Management to plan team resourcing and capacity, identify future capabilities to enable career and/or geographic mobility.
  • Promote, and ensure adoption of learning programs defined and proposed through the 3DS University, and monitor Learning & Certification achievement for population in scope.
  • Attrition & risk assessment monitoring.
  • Liaise with Compensation & Benefits in all cases related to salaries and benefits.
  • Manage Labor relations and enforce corporate policies, practices and culture. Ensure compliance with local laws and practices.
  • Provide coaching and assistance to the managers and to the employees for any people related topic and for all cases of employee movement (mobility, role change, resignation, dismissal, retirement…).
  • Work closely with Management to ensure employee engagement & satisfaction (Great Place To Work).
  • Work closely with Works Council and Employee Representatives.

Requirements:

  • Seasoned HR professional with at least 5-10 years of experience in an international environment and diverse career path.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of broad human resources experience, working with global, diverse companies
  • Experience in an international and matrix environments
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Fluency in Polish and English.
  • Business Acumen.

  • Very good communication skills.
  • Impact & Influence skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
