Senior HR Business Partner

- Providing strategic and operational experience into value-added approaches to workforce planning, performance management, employee training, change management, and operational efficiency execution.
- Developing effective solutions to address skills gaps, meet business needs and drive company performance.
- Providing expertise in problem resolution and conflict management for business leaders.
- Consulting with the business for workforce planning, job role definitions, candidate evaluation and selection.
- Providing consulting support for compensation programs
- Assessing compliance of laws, policies, guidelines, and procedures.
- Provide leadership coaching, team coaching and employee development guidance.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a Master of Science degree in business, HR, or related field required
- Minimum of 4 years of Human Resource experience in HR operations and/or Organizational Effectiveness departments in a leadership or senior individual contributor role.
- HR Consulting and business partnering experience required.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
- Experience leading, mentoring and effectively managing teams to performance.
- Proven ability to make sound business decisions within the bounds of labour laws and proven proficiency in and experience managing diverse employee base.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure, independently and within a collaborative team oriented environment.
- Must be detail-oriented, analytical, able to work well under deadlines in a changing environment, and able to perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
- Understanding of how IT/hardware/software/business works together
- Strong problem solving skills,
- Willingness to relocate to Gdańsk
