Senior HR Business Partner (m/f)
The selected candidate will close cooperating with IT Department. The chosen person will be also support by HR Specialists. The main responsibility of the candidate will be to take the responsibility for the IT area in terms of the soft and administrative part of HR.

For our client, an international Capital Group, successfully growing and technologically advanced in a financial service, we are looking for an ambitious and dynamic candidate for the position of Senior HR Business Partner.
Description
-
Manage the internal or external recruitment processes, contracts preparing and on-boarding processes
-
Ensure the employee's career path, budgeting planning and execution
-
Identify the training needs and conduct performance appraisals and carrier path of the employee
-
Take responsibility for compensation and befits needs as an internal promotion and structural changes
-
Ensure corporate compliance with Polish policies and labour law
-
Manage the internal communication as well as the Employer Branding activities

Work closely with local agencies, external lawyers and another providers
Profile
-
University degree (HR management, business or administration, psychology or related field)
-
From 3 to 5 years' experience as a HR Business Partner in related business sector
-
Proven leadership skills in an HR function
-
Solid experience in soft HR projects
-
Advanced English is required
-
Proactive approach and self-starter person
-
Strong interpersonal and communication with a good analytical skills
