For our Client international manufacturing organisation we are looking for Senior HR BP in Łódź.
Your new role
The person will serve as primary point of contact for people and organization development topics, drive the HR strategy for organisation in Poland by partnering and collaborating with other departments and HR in order to serve short-term and long-term business goals. Design and take part in the delivery of HR processes and policies as well as provide day-to-day strategic HR support. Actively contribute to the organization’s structural and cultural evolution: facilitate organization design and support implementation providing effective HR and project management support and take ownership of the results. Define learning and development strategy and activities, manage external partners to meet objectives. Develop the employee experience in each life-cycle phase and touch-point, and create a positive and supportive culture: implement from scratch and drive talent management strategies (e.g. talent acquisition, talent development, performance management, etc.) to achieve long-term business strategy and short-term business priorities through a path that will drive and enhance leaders’ ownership, supervise and take part in the recruitment process, partner with staffing agencies on current and future recruitment needs and acilitate workshops and provide team coaching - coach leaders and employees to link culture change with measurable business impact. Provide change management support and enhance the change capabilities of the company. Analyze HR data and ensure data integrity and accuracy, leverage these data for insights/action planning and to facilitate thoughtful decision making. Monitor and ensure compliance with local laws and guidelines. Lead employee and labor relations activities.
What you'll need to succeed
Master’s Degree in HR Management/Business Administration or Labour/Organization Psychology. Demonstrable experience as HR Generalist or HR Business Partner with a broad knowledge of HR practices (10 years +). Knowledge in all HR workstream in the employee life cycle (recruiting, development, compensation etc.). Experience in organization development and change management. Demonstrates a strong business acumen in order to anticipate challenges and find solutions to achieve business results through people strategy and execution. Ability to build effective relationships and provide consultancy and advice to senior business stakeholders to add value and enhance services. Leadership experience, servant leadership style together with a customer-first approach. Excellent interpersonal skills: collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills, empathy. Growth mindset: practices out-of-the-box thinking and has high sense of ownership. Strong organizational and planning skills as well as time management and analytical mindset. High proficiency of English. Solid knowledge of MS Office. Nice to have: change management certification and basics of project management.
