For our Client - global provider of HR, Financial, IT and Risk Management services we are currently looking for Candidates ready to join to the Cracow SSC Centre as Senior Reconciliation GL Accountant.
Working as an Accountant in the Strategic Worldwide Accounting team, you will be part of an international group driving strategic projects in the areas of balance sheet account reconciliation reviews to ensure compliance with corporate policies in all regions of the world, preparation of internal control and reconciliation documentation where required, finance and accounting process reviews, making recommendations to maximise efficiency and controls. You will be involved in internal audit, in deliver assistance with transitions of processes to a shared service environment. This position require ability to travel - you will be spending extended periods working in Client offices internationally for the term of the assigned projects.
To be sucesfull on this position you need to have at least 2-3 years operational experience in a SSC accounting environment (GL preferred) together with master degree in Accounting/Finance. Fluent English (C1) with project Management and organisational skills are essential. Flexibility to travel on a daily basis is crucial.Knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS is desirable.
