

(Senior) FP&A Analyst - new position!
Our Client, a Centre of Excellence based in Warsaw, Poland is now looking for candidates to join their growing FP&A Team.

Our Client is a globally known brand, famous for their products all over the world. Their structure in Warsaw focuses on financial functions and is now expanding due to the organisational growth.
Description
- Participate in the daily run of key reporting metrics used for reporting per plan offerings and participate in daily calls to review reporting data
- Participate in Reports reconciliations and analysis as needed
- Understand the reporting deliverable schedules of the weekly reporting metrics and financial dashboard summaries
- Engage with finance teams and business partners to identify business requirements and objectives, to develop FP&A required reporting and analytics of cost of organisation for total company
- Ensure data quality in the systems based on developed data governance policies and implement them in the organisation through training program
- Develop and maintain advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards and other BI solutions
- Responsible for identifying and communicating design and scope issues to the stakeholders
- Develop and delivers knowledge transfer to the business users
- Partner with global and local teams and business stakeholders to identify required analytics supporting decision making
Profile
- Minimum 3 years relevant work experience. Entertainment industry and / or multinational business experience is a plus
- Solid analytic, technical, organisational and interpersonal skills
- Problem solver with ability to manage details
- Proven ability to set and meet realistic deadlines and achieve successful results
- Excellent oral, written communication skills, and financial presentation skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritise and adhere to strict deadlines
- Self-motivated individual, detail-oriented with ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong Microsoft package skills a must (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
- BS in Accounting, Finance or Computer Science (or any related field) is required
- CPA or BI certification is a plus
