(Senior) FP&A Analyst - new position!

Our Client, a Centre of Excellence based in Warsaw, Poland is now looking for candidates to join their growing FP&A Team.

Description

• Participate in the daily run of key reporting metrics used for reporting per plan offerings and participate in daily calls to review reporting data
• Participate in Reports reconciliations and analysis as needed
• Understand the reporting deliverable schedules of the weekly reporting metrics and financial dashboard summaries
• Engage with finance teams and business partners to identify business requirements and objectives, to develop FP&A required reporting and analytics of cost of organisation for total company
• Ensure data quality in the systems based on developed data governance policies and implement them in the organisation through training program
• Develop and maintain advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards and other BI solutions
• Responsible for identifying and communicating design and scope issues to the stakeholders
• Develop and delivers knowledge transfer to the business users
• Partner with global and local teams and business stakeholders to identify required analytics supporting decision making

Profile

• Minimum 3 years relevant work experience. Entertainment industry and / or multinational business experience is a plus
• Solid analytic, technical, organisational and interpersonal skills
• Problem solver with ability to manage details
• Proven ability to set and meet realistic deadlines and achieve successful results
• Excellent oral, written communication skills, and financial presentation skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritise and adhere to strict deadlines
• Self-motivated individual, detail-oriented with ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong Microsoft package skills a must (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
• BS in Accounting, Finance or Computer Science (or any related field) is required
• CPA or BI certification is a plus
