You will be part of the local IT support team supporting the company, during core US business hours (17:00-01:30 CET).

Opis stanowiska

  • Supporting the iManage DMS for A&O.
  • Providing service to users and in particular our 3000+ fee earners.
  • Supporting all aspects of our DMS, including the software deployed on 7000+ laptops, along with the MS Office add-in and software running on iPhones and iPads. iManage runs on 700+ servers across all inner datacenters. The DMS service also includes the search platform, RAVN, and document scanning.
  • Helping parts of our business with data search requests.
  • Managing data in the DMS - moving data between data centers, importing, and exporting large amounts of data.
  • Packaging, configuring, testing, and deploying software to the firm.
  • Working with other service support teams in I&O, including End-User Compute, Infrastructure, and Networks.
  • Working with our global service desk and regional support teams and the wider IT department.
  • Providing technical expertise on projects when required.

Profil kandydata

  • Experience with iManage or other DMS platform
  • Previous experience as 3rd line support
  • Advanced SQL
  • Fluent English proficiency
  • Good all-round technical skills, including basic SQL and networking
  • Experience with Azure will be a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and being well organized
  • Enjoying working with other people, especially in a globally diverse firm.
  • Technically curiosity and willingness to understand how systems and services work.
