For our Client, an international company located in Kraków, we are looking for Senior Customer Service Delivery Manager.

Within this position you will be responsible for the overall leadership, management and operational performance of 6 teams (about 80 people), ensuring they are engaged and motivated to deliver excellent customer service. You will be leading and managing operational performance, support the leadership team, ensuring department SLAs are adhered. You will be identifying opportunities for improvement of end-to-end processes, identifying problems and opportunities, drive process improvements and change initiatives.

We are looking for Candidates with a few years of experience in a Senior Managerial role within a customer service environment, with a track record of inspiring, coaching and continually developing success and fluent English skills – C1/C2. We are looking for Candidates with exposure to change/improvement projects and excellent organisational and time management skills.
