For our client, we are currently looking for candidates for the position of:

Senior Business Analyst

Office location: Cracow, 100 % remote

Job type: B2B (with Hays Poland)

Rate: 130-160 PLN/h net on B2B

Start date: ASAP

What will you do:

•Running scoping meetings to assess the opportunities for different EMEA countries and provide expertise on how client global platforms can be used to support each country’s specific goals.

•Running workshops with key stakeholders to develop, document and sign off business requirements. This involves managing the end-to-end requirements process from definition, traceability and change control.

•Carrying out gap analysis to identify the use of existing systems and the changes required to reach target state

•Identifying potential enhancements to the global platforms & more efficient ways of working and drive these forwards with the relevant teams.

•Helping the countries to optimize and transform current Client processes in a more aligned way to how global platforms work

•Work with country representatives on mapping the processes and building change management strategy and plans

What we expect from you:

Experience:

•Must have Insurance industry experience, minimum 3 years

•Working across multiple countries and cultures in virtual environment

•Experience in business transformational projects and programs - implementation of platforms/technology solutions transforming/optimizing business processes

•Experience of writing user stories, use cases, user journeys as well as traditional requirements gathering.

•Experience of using Microsoft Azure DevOps is beneficial
