For our Client, an international energy company located in Kraków, we are currently looking for a person interested in the role of Senior Business Analyst.
Your new role
Holding this position you will play a critical role in the development of innovative technical solutions to the very practical business problems and opportunities we will face on our journey toward best in class customer service. You will establish effective working relationships with our internal stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of business priorities and to support the delivery of business value. You will also facilitate workshops and discussions to effectively gather requirements and achieve a joint understanding of needs. Your duty will be to establish functional and non-functional requirements and document them appropriately, and facilitate the prioritisation and management of the development teams product backlog. You will be expected to analyse data to recommend system/service improvements and make informed decisions. Where necessary, you will model business processes to validate that solutions are fit for purpose.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a successful Candidate on this role you need to possess at least 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a solid understanding of Agile / SCRUM methodologies as well as experience of working within a fast paced software environment with a clear focus on customer experience. You also need to be proficient in stakeholder management, able to be sensitive to the needs of each stakeholder yet comfortable to challenge where appropriate, and proficient in writing user stories to articulate the business needs in a format that is easily consumable by the development team. You need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter Experts. A related Scrum certification as well as experience of working in the energy industry or working with customer service teams would be considered an advantage.
