Opis stanowiska

• Creating a brand growth strategy by overseeing the entire marketing mix
• Taking charge of the complete new product development process, co-create, implement and execute short and long term strategies based on trends, consumer/shopper insights
• Managing budgets, P&L, people management
• Spearheading marketing and communication campaigns with a high level of autonomy in creative aspects, experience both in ATL, BTL
• Engaging in global cooperation and cross-regional project management
• Close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders; R&D, Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance department, and agencies, media house

Profil kandydata

• 5+ years of experience in brand management in international company
• You are highly creative and constantly seek new, unconventional solutions
• Make decisions independently
• High interpersonal skills and are self-confident, analytical skills, and experience with Nielsen
• Proficient both in Polish and English
