For our Client, International FMCG firm, that offers the most recognizable brands in the category, we are looking for a Senior Brand Activation Manager.

Client Details

Our Client is an International FMCG firm that offers most recognizable brands in the category. The company in Poland has a marketing team for CE region. Currently, due to structural changes and the marketing team growth, we are looking for a Senior Brand Activation Manager for CE. The chosen person will be responsible for a team of 1 specialist.

Description

  • Deliver a winning programme of initiatives across the portfolio of segments - developing home to store activation programme that drives consumer & shopper interest and maximizes sales performance.
  • Develop and optimize the efficiency of promotional & merchandising activities and investments via regional/cross category synergies, best practice implementation, avoiding duplication & regular investment post-analysis.
  • Drive CE Brand Marketing Agenda for one of the segments assuring excellent and on time execution of NPDs, RL, promo SKUs, key activities incl. Marketing campaigns, other. Coordinate within Marketing Teams.
  • Monitor and drive KBD & business category fundamentals development to win in all channels and markets.
  • Plan, monitor regularly and optimize A&P spendings. Follow priorities in resources allocation.
  • Prepare marketing and trade argumentations & tools for supporting the brand sales (trade promotions, POSM and other promotional materials) & sales team. Leverage the GBM / Hub POS design and in line with the brand objective and identity.
  • Analyze and report market data from all available sources e.g. Nielsen to marketing & sales team to monitor & drive category & brand development via regular & ad-hoc summaries, presentations & recommendations.
  • Work with forecasting manager within the forecasting process for the portfolio ensuring effective forecasting and product supply within agreed accuracy levels.
  • Manage the cooperation with external agencies (ATL,BTL, research, etc.), retailers / distributors counterparts and internal departments (sales, HUB marketing, demand planning, finance).
  • Monitor competitive environment, retailers environment and consumers behaviors / insights to  recommend needed actions.
  • Develop Market specific activities eg. SKUs, promotions, brand building etc. to answer local specific requirements - subject to financial, strategic and priority approval.

Profile

  • Diploma or degree in a Marketing or Business related subject.
  • Over 5 years of good Marketing and /or Trade Marketing background gained within FMCG company, in managerial role.
  • Experience in managing all trade channels / respective markets, marketing budget planning & controlling & dealing with marketing agencies (BTL, research).
  • Sales experience would be appreciated.
  • Knowledge of CE markets will be a strong asset.
  • Fluent English (written and oral) essential / HU, CZ, PL highly appreciated.
  • Computer literate in MS Office.
  • Proactive Leadership.

  • Strong Market & Commercial understanding - Business Acumen.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
