Senior Associate (Manager) M&A

For our Client international law office due to its expansion plans we are setting up new recruitment process on position of Senior Associate (Manager) within transactional (M&A) law team. Ideal candidate is dynamic Manager with great focus on M&A area and business-orientated attitude. The biggest advantage of this role is interdisciplinary way of working, it is a great place where you could operate as semi in-house position – full scope of cooperation with the Clients and broad overview on transactional processes.

 

Place of work: Warsaw (city center)

 

You will be responsible for:

• Full maintenance of law projects in field of merger and acquisition transactions
• Close cooperation with Clients of the Law Office – conducting negotiations and full overview over transactional documentation
• Coordination of legal team maintaining during transaction
• Legal advice to the clients of the Law Firm in structuring transactions and obtaining financing
• Conducting and overseeing comprehensive due diligence of commercial companies
• Drafting legal opinions on commercial, civil and economic law

 

We will pay attention to:

• Master degree in Law
• Title of Legal Counsel or Advocate – is a must
• 8 years spent within M&A law, preferably in international environment
• Very good command of economic commercial and civil law
• Fluency in English
• Dynamic personality with strong business orientation
• Genuine leader skills and true expert within M&A area
