Your new role

As an Account Executive you help customers use information to grow faster and be more efficient in an increasingly Digital World. You are part of a global team of highly skilled and entrepreneurial professionals who understand that their customers are experiencing unprecedented change.

We are looking for consistent over achieving Enterprise Account Executives to drive the sale of EIM solutions throughout customer organizations.

You are great at:

- Consultative selling and intensely listening to your customers.
- Preparing comprehensive territory plans.
- Identifying and converting opportunities into sales.
- Skillfully executing each phase of the sales process from pipeline generation to closing the deal.
- Masterful client presentations and running effective meetings.
- Clearly articulating the value proposition of solutions and products and the endless possibilities of the digital enterprise to your customers.
- Collaboration across all internal teams and resources to ensure you bring the best solution to your clients.

What you'll need to succeed

- You have a successful track record of B2B selling across the Enterprise
- You have experience working in a consultative capacity with C-level customers on complex cloud-based, on-premises or hybrid solutions
- You deploy advanced sales methodologies and tools to achieve and exceed your targets
- 20 + yrs of sales experience within IT industry
- Deep knowledge of large accounts and the current market challenges in PL regarding digitalization, upcoming laws, trends – e.g understands e.g IDC
- Strategic account planning and execution multi-level selling
- Team leading/people management experience would be beneficial


In addition:
- understanding the modus operandi of large, complex accounts (with international affiliates)
- Defining and developing strong executive relationships with senior stakeholders at key customers and knows how to approach net new accounts
- Building and executing strategic account plans that are centered around growth, customer success, satisfaction, value
- Leading and directing internal supporting units and external partners to successful expand the local market
- Understanding how to build a credible and qualified pipeline for success
- Managing complex sales through the entire cycle from early discovery meetings through reviews and negotiating commercial agreements
- Develop, implement, and measure account strategies and plans complete with accurate forecasts
- Assisting in legal contracting, and in resolving customer issues
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) and a passion for continuous learning.
