We are currently looking for a candidate in the following role:
Securities Operations Officer
Miejsce pracy: KrakówKey Accountabilities:
• Verification of unmatched trades and settlement instructions,
• Reconciliation of several types of stock trades related accounts,
• Trade confirmations control,
• Corporate actions verification and execution,
• Inter-bank investigations, SWIFT messages handling,
• Work in multi-system environment,
• Other tasks delegated by Manager.
Requirements:
• Good knowledge of English (min. B2),
• German language knowledge (A2/B1) as an asset,
• Good command of MS Office,
• Analytical skills, with ability to multi-task and manage several applications,
• Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills,
• Ability to continuously provide high quality of service and to achieve customer satisfaction,
• Ability to work in a team.
