Responsibilities:
- Sizing and ranking user stories and tasks
- Reporting metrics and implementing information for the team
- Reflecting Agile and Scrum values to the team
- Maintaining tools (Story board, Action board, charts, backlogs, etc.).
- Agile coaching team member
- Exchanging constantly with other Scrum masters in the organisation
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience as Scrum Master within Financial Services
- Proven experience in an IT Development environment with in-depth specialisation in delivery and servant management
- Understanding of Agile metrics and reporting
- Understanding and implementation of key agile artefacts
- Relationship management and networking skills
- Excellent presentation and negotiating skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English
