For our Client, international automotive company that is opening new IT Center in Bielsko-Biała, we are currently looking for SAP SD Project Manager.
Your new role
Holding this position, you will be responsible for building and managing collaborative partnerships with business partners in Sales&Distribution as well as within the IT team. You will provide IT leadership, program management and deployment of new initiatives. Also, you will cooperate with business partners in order to identify new capabilities, prepare organization for effectively absorbing change required by new initiative deployment as well as provide leadership and innovation relative to emerging trends in your assigned solution areas. Moreover, you will plan projects and manage resources in a matrixed organization as well as create, execute and maintain the project milestones, work breakdown and project schedules. The important part would be also to prioritize work across multiple work streams and coordinate delivery within committed timeline.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful candidate for the role, you need to hold university degree preferably related to IT or business area. You must have min. 4-7 years of experience with leading projects related to SAP Sales&Distribution including large global Sales&Distribution systems implementations. Also, your strong asset would be the experience automotive industry. Moreover, you must have experience in preparing persuasive and concise business presentations and communications as well as effective partnering skills at all levels of the organization. Due to work in international environment, you need to speak fluent English.
