General Purpose of the job
In your role and as a member of a new team of professionals you will have the

General Purpose of the job
In your role and as a member of a new team of professionals you will have the

Desired Qualifications
- At least 3 years of SAP consulting experience.
- Proven expertise in ABAP language including object-oriented development.
- Good knowledge of ITIL procedures, in particular processes in incident management.
- Fluent English.
- Experience in SAP Basis or EDI area will be a strong asset.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Scope of the responsibilities
- Managing SAP incidents on 1st and 2nd Level Support.
- Definition and coordination of support processes in SAP area.
- Maintenance and enhancement of existing processes.
- Tight and active communication with international SAP Teams.
