For an international and well-known company in building industrywe are currently looking for a person to take the position of Sales Manager Eastern Europe. Our Client manufactures high quality products such as laminates and additional materials dedicated to construction industry. The company is a leading player all over the world.
The person we are currently looking forwill be responsible for developing, growing as well as building sales strategy in the region of EE. Sales Manager will manage sales budget, business objectives and implement to achieve sales targets as well as execute KPS’s. Moreover, an daily basis her/she will manage, support and motivate the sales team (5 persons) in Easter Europe. The person will be responsible for searching and developing relationships with key customers in the scope of distributors and industrial customers (producers of furniture) as well as with specificators, fitters, architects, general contractors. Candidate will be working in home office model.
We are looking for candidateswith a significate experience in active sales in the scope of building / construction industry. Knowledge of potential customers will be a great asset (producer of furniture, building materials, i.e.. doors, flooring, kitchen, glass, wall papers and some decorative products. Very welcome are candidates with a couple of years’ experience in managing sales team. Very good knowledge of English is a must. We are looking for candidates who are well-organized, goal-oriented, resolving mind, excellent relationships builder as well as strong leadership and management skills.
