For a growing European telecom provider we are currently looking for a person to take the position of Sales Director. Our Client offers all comprehensive solutions help improving connectivity between the clients and telecommunications companies worldwide.

The person we are currently looking for will take a lead of Sales team
(based abroad), developing the region and closing opportunities within established geographical territory supported by technical experts.

In detail, your tasks will be as follows:
  • Developing sales in the designated target market (Wholesale & Enterprise) by identifying new sales opportunities by contacting prospective customers by cold calling, customer appointments, networking, lead generation, proposal submission, and business correspondence.
  • Collecting and analysing information on telecommunication market situation, on prospects of its development and effective business schemes, developing solutions to improve Company’s activity;
  • Together with the Marketing department, participating in marketing strategy development for the region and measures, in order to improve commercial activity and performance indicators;
  • Planning and organizing all sales related activities, starting from identifying prospective clients through to closing deals;
  • Retaining existing accounts and expanding solution utilization, maintaining and developing the customer pipeline;
  • Providing excellent customer service and support to our partners and building relationships that drive long-term sales growth;
  • Learning and developing further knowledge of new technologies and selling points which includes enhancing expertise in the company's product application technologies;
  • Meeting or exceeding quarterly revenue targets;
  • Prospecting for new business and new customers using various tools and resources;
  • Ensuring sales documentation & reporting is up to date;
  • Managing sales teams within the region.

We are looking for candidates with a significate experience in managing branches and mainly sales teams as well as growing business. We are looking for the person who has experience in sales of IT solutions – knowledge systems of IP, data, network services as well as understanding of European (Poland, Czech, Slovakia, Hungary) telecom markets will be a great advantage. You should be experienced in producing effective forecasts and pipelines.Very welcome are Candidates with degree in IT, telecom, engineering, business management or similar. Very good knowledge of English is a must.We are looking for candidates who are passionate about contacting and meeting people and creating solutions benefit both, the company and the customer. You should have an ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple simultaneous projects as well as well-organized, goal-oriented, resolving mind, excellent relationships builder, strong leadership and management skills as well as ready to travel.
