Currently we are looking for sales consultants to join the Flagship premium Store in Warsaw.

Description
-
Serve and provide advise to customers with a professional service focused on reaching excellence and satisfying their needs.
- Control the stocks to assure their availability in time and volume.
- Control and check dresses and accessories received from headquarters in order to guarantee the quality requirements and timing established.
- Carry out the administrative functions (cash register closeout, merchandise reception, follow-up, transfers...) ensuring an excellent store management.
- Control the daily planning preparing the scheduled appointments in order to assure the perfect customer service and satisfaction, as well as organising the different activities that have to be performed.
- Assure, during the whole process, a correct personal and store image according to the company's internal policy.
- Accomplish the objectives established by the Store Manager.
- Solve possible incidents in an efficient way.
Profile
-
At least 3-5 years experience as sales consultant in bridal or ready-to-wear luxury or premium boutique

- Languages: Polish and English fluent, the knowledge of more languages is a plus
