Opis stanowiska pracy

Sales & BD manager is responsible for developing a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues. He/she ensures that all the client's questions have been answered as fully as possible. Sales Manager is also the first point of contact for the client.

 

Duties:

  • Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results
  • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs
  • Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, supply and demand
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Review of information about demands and derivation of supply and proposal preparations
  • Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation
  • Monitoring of the bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with company's requirements
  • Contribution in cost and price calculations
  • Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines and adjust them to the frameworks given by the customers
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

 

Requirements:

  • Understanding the rules of Sales
  • Understanding the RFP, deciding timelines and responsibilities
  • Timely management of tender activities
  • Review of drafts and effecting improvement
  • Methodologies and executive summaries
  • Quality control and procedures
  • Obtaining feedback from purchasers when tenders are unsuccessful in order to improve in future
  • Help with interviews and corresponding with purchasing authorities
  • Give guidance with business and marketing development
  • Provide insight and analyses of forthcoming opportunities, purchasers' mindsets, best practice and dealing with purchasers
  • >7 Years of similar experiences
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, further languages like French, Dutch, German, etc. are plus
  • EPC experience in Solar energy or construction business
  • Experience in Power sectors, conventional power plants or renewable energy power plants
  • Familiar with transformers, Switchgear, protections, cabling and power conversion
  • Engineering background is advantage

 

Working Conditions:

  • Office environment, will be expected to travel to customers regularly.
