Sales & BD manager is responsible for developing a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues. He/she ensures that all the client's questions have been answered as fully as possible. Sales Manager is also the first point of contact for the client.
Duties:
Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results
Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs
Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, supply and demand
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Review of information about demands and derivation of supply and proposal preparations
Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation
Monitoring of the bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with company's requirements
Contribution in cost and price calculations
Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines and adjust them to the frameworks given by the customers
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Requirements:
Understanding the rules of Sales
Understanding the RFP, deciding timelines and responsibilities
Timely management of tender activities
Review of drafts and effecting improvement
Methodologies and executive summaries
Quality control and procedures
Obtaining feedback from purchasers when tenders are unsuccessful in order to improve in future
Help with interviews and corresponding with purchasing authorities
Give guidance with business and marketing development
Provide insight and analyses of forthcoming opportunities, purchasers' mindsets, best practice and dealing with purchasers
>7 Years of similar experiences
Fluent in spoken and written English, further languages like French, Dutch, German, etc. are plus
EPC experience in Solar energy or construction business
Experience in Power sectors, conventional power plants or renewable energy power plants
Familiar with transformers, Switchgear, protections, cabling and power conversion
Engineering background is advantage
Working Conditions:
Office environment, will be expected to travel to customers regularly.
