RtR Senior Team Leader
The RTR Senior Team Leader will be responsible for providing day-to-day management of the RTR team in accordance with company's policies and standards. RTR Senior Team Leader will be also responsible for conducting high level RTR activities and supporting RTR Team during their daily work.

Description
- Ensure timely and accurate posting of general ledger journal entries, finance close activities, capex management, intercompany processing, standard reporting and balance sheet reconciliations, coordinate month end closure,
- KPI analysis and root cause identification,
- Lead and coach individuals to develop a high performing team,
- Create a continuous improvement environment by setting performance targets, monitoring progress and ensuring corrective actions are taken swiftly when required,
- Ensure policies are maintained and implemented in line with annual timetables,
- Ensure regular engagement with business stakeholders, including sharing of metrics and performance management data,
- Manage workload of team to ensure efficient delivery of services with agreed timelines and quality criteria,
- Ongoing development and daily management of team members,
- Ensure Continuous improvement attitude is embedded into team, delivering active development and incremental improvement,
- Active engagement and best practice sharing with other team leads and management team members,
- Support Operation Manger in any additional activities and ad hoc requests.
Profile
- Proven experience in an RTR function, including experience in managing people within SSC/BPO environment,
- Experience in working with large / complex datasets to run analysis and create reports,
- Commercial application of accounting standards (e.g. IFRS, UK GAAP),
- Bachelor's or Master's degree preferably in Finance or Accounting,
- Fluency in English (speaking and writing, C1 or higher),
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially very good MS Excel skills,
- Knowledge of any ERP system (e.g. SAP, JDE etc.),
- Displays efficient problem solving skills,
- Displays effective communication skills and cultural awareness,
- Focuses effort on priority tasks and activities to achieve maximum results.
