RTR Expert in new SSC
Lokalizacja: WarsawFor our client from SSC sector we are looking for Candidates for the position of RTR Expert who will be take part in active brand building.
Responsibilities:
- Cooperation with local affiliate finance: preparing and reviewing accounting entries
- Develop and manage monthly trial balance package for the European region, including fluctuation analyses
- Ensure adherence to the standard month/quarter/year-end timelines
- Prepare and review account reconciliations in accordance with internal reconciliation methodology
- Prepare monthly financial reporting packages along with local statutory financial statements
- Work with team members to identify improvements for processes
- Report end-to-end process metrics and KPIs to measure service levels, operational effectiveness, process health, and process compliance
- Ensure ownership for all applicable SOx & Operational controls related to General Accounting
- Integrate controls into process documentation and training materials
- Coopeartion and assists auditors
Requirements:
- University Degree in Business and/or Accounting (or equivalent work experience)
- 3-5 years experience in RTR or Finance function in SSC/BPO environment
- Knowledge of general accounting processes as well as US GAAP/IFRS technical accounting
- Analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and complete key tasks and deliverables while demonstrating full ownership & accountability
- Fluency in English, knowledge another languages will be an asset
