RTR Controlling Lead - new Team!

Our Client, a global FMCG company famous for their high quality products is now looking for RTR Experts to join their Quality and Control structure.

Our Client is a global FMCG company whose products are famous all around the world. They are currently expanding their GBS structure in Warsaw.

Description

• Acting as central coordinator across various stakeholders
• Coordinate the period end closing processes (monthly, quarterly, annually) to maintain process quality and timeliness
• End to end ownership for period end close coordination
• Approving function of manual journal entries
• Ensure financial data quality (e.g. AP balances), collaborate in dispute management role
• Reviewing and reconciliation of Blackline reconciliations and controls
• Provide talent quality feedback and performance plans

Profile

• University Degree in Finance or Accounting, or any related field
• At least 5 years of experience in finance functions with exposure to wide or detailed process scope
• CPA or MBA will be an advantage
• In-depth knowledge of General Accounting / Record to Report best practices, processes, and internal controls.
• Project management experience will be a plus
• Fluency in English, at least on a C1 level
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
