Currently we are looking forRoad Transport Compliance Coordinator.
On a daily basis you will be nominated as Contract User of the relevant Road Transport contracts. Ensure that road transport haulers and drivers comply with HSSE requirements. Moreover, conduct onsite controls of drivers/vehicles (incl. vehicle maintenance procedure) to ensure full compliance of all activities fulfilled by the hauliers and drivers with legal requirements and global Shell standards. Conduct site risk assessments at retail sites and third-party depots (OSPs - Outside Supply Point ) in liaison with CEE OSP manager to ensure full compliance with all Shell requirements, drive issue solutions if necessary.
You would work jointly with local team members to enable value creation through road transport operations. The Candidate will have active role in the monthly fleet planning process and run Continuous Improvement projects in Road Transport. Additionally, you would lead the annual contract review meetings with the haulers to appraise HSSE, operational and commercial/financial performance and work with the haulers to develop cost reduction actions.
We are looking for a Candidate with min 3 years of relevant experience in road transport/ operations /logistics/supply chain management,3 rdParty contract negotiations and contract management skills. Knowledge about transportation of hazardous goods is a plus. Fluent English (B2 minimum) and native Polish is crucial.Moreover, active driving licence cat. B. The Candidate should be prepared to frequent travel – min. 3 days per week, the rest of working days - home office.
