Risk Manager
Lokalizacja: WarsawYou will be responsible for:
- Providing leadership to a team of Analysts (5+ people)
- Credit analysis and structure project management
- Introducing an industry credit policy, methodology for assessing creditworthiness and rules for determining competences, as well as credit decisions
- Having a hands-on approach by managing your own ledger
- Developing local and group credit control processes and procedures
- Taking ownership of any issues and ensuring that an effective resolution is reached by liaising with key stakeholders
- Continuously reviewing customer accounts, ensuring cash is being collected to payment terms – monthly reporting to local Finance team and regional structure
- Conducting regular reviews of credit limits by analyzing customer sales turnover information
- Authorization of new credit applications, ensuring internal policy procedures are followed, and that all required documentations is completed
- Development of tools supporting the automation of the process
- Effective cooperation with other departments within the company
- Identification and assessment of business risk. Guarantees and transaction monitoring
- Quality control development and management
We will pay attention to:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Banking, Finance or Economics
- 5 years' experience in a credit risk role
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and reporting skills
- Strong knowledge and understanding of regulations and procedures
- Excellent time management skills, working with multiple deadline
- Proactive attitude – willing to recommend new tolls, solutions and other improvements
- Fluent communication in English is a must
- Outstanding communication skills – ability to find the best solution to both: Client and the company
- Ability to assess financial standing, credit portfolio management, as well as building scoring models
- Advanced knowledge of preparing reports and evaluation of project investments
- Experience in cooperation in an international environment
