For our Client, an international company located in Kraków, we are looking for Resource Planning Analyst.
Within this position you will be a part of Resource Planning Team responsible for managing all intraday/on the day processes. You will be highlighting and managing factor affecting operational performance in real time focusing on schedule adherence, real time workload flows. You will also be responsible for stakeholder management on various seniority level. Daily tasks will include reporting, performance analysis and working with Verint system.
We are looking for Candidates with fluent English skills – C1 is a must as you will be cooperating with UK team on a daily basis (travel to UK will be also needed). We are looking for candidates with previous experience in resource planning and stakeholder management. An ideal Candidate has to have strong analytical skills, positive attitude and high interpersonal skills.
