Reporting Team Leader – new established SSC
Miejsce pracy: PoznańFor our Client, new established Shared Service Center in Poznań, we are looking for candidates for the position of:
Reporting Team Leader
Key responsibilities:
Management tasks:
- Building the reporting factory in alignment with the shared service organization
- Ensure the continuous delivery ability of the organization concerning the build and go live phase
- Giving guidance and a positive example for all employees within the reporting factory
- Implement and runs the Reporting Factory utilizing best practices concerning processes, people, role models, tools, activity splits aligned with the concepts of the overall Service Organization (GBS)
- Managing the reporting factory in accordance with the strategic goals
- Foster problem/conflict resolution, coaching and training for people development
Operative tasks:
- Responsibility for creating, validating and distributing standard reports and ad-hoc queries
- Coordination of first level support for user questions
- Responsibility for tracking the completeness of data and the commenting process
- Coordination and agreement of ad-hoc queries with the requesters
- Execution of the effort estimation for ad hoc queries and coordination of the processing
- Communication with IT and the requester
- Coordination and participation of Technical conception and implementation of new reports
- Responsibility for processing and realization of Change Requests (CR) with reporting requirements
- Coordination and takeover of subtasks such as concept development, testing and acceptance during CR processing
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years of solid, supervisory/ management experience
- 3-5 years of experience in Reporting processes
- Willingness to develop RF concept and ability to promote it inside the organization
- Knowledge of reporting tools and reporting methodology (e.g. style guides, best practice reporting)
- Technology background – SAC or other reporting tools and applications
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
- Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
- Knowledge of the business – would be the plus
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate people
- Communication and presentation skills with problem solving skills and quality awareness
