Reporting specialist with Swedish or Danish

You will be responsible for:

• reporting problems from Customers, Client’s Employees, Business Owners, Surveyors, Data Feed Updates;
• working with an application related to maps  around the globe
• administrative tasks
• providing the best service in line with the company's procedures and policy

Your profile:

• fluent Swedish or Danish and English (at least C1)
• willing to work in a shift based work schedule (24/7)
• GIS tools working knowledge will be a plus
• Incident management experience will be a great asset
• researching skills will help you in your daily work
• good communication skills and attention to details
