Renewals Sales Representative with German or Russian
Miejsce pracy: KrakówResponsibilities:
- Meeting or exceeding quarterly targets for bookings, on-time renewals and overall renewals of contracts.
- Researching customer contracts and purchasing history in various customer management systems in order to create timely and accurate renewal quotations for the strategic enterprise accounts.
- Engaging with Business Development teams in the field, end users, distributors and resellers to present renewals quotations and respond to questions.
- Maintaining an up-to-date record of all maintenance contracts.
- Preparing accurate reporting / customer analysis.
Requirements:
- Candidates who are available ASAP or can start from 1st of January required.
- Proficient in English and advanced in German or Russian.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Business, Communications or Technology.
- Developed communication skills and flexibility to talk with business and technical professionals.
- Developed self-confidence and influencing skills.
- Basic analytical skills to understand complex data sets, produce summaries and customer-focused recommendations.
- Customer service, sales or customer research experience would be appreciated.
