Description
- identify potential business and generate new business
- strengthen client relationship by providing high quality banking solutions, according to proprietary understanding of each client's financial needs
- take part in the post loan management, preparing credit review and related reports
- use good knowledge and experience on credit to structure credit facilities for client demands and seek all required approvals, especially through preparing and presenting high quality Client Credit Application to the Credit Committee to get its approval
- monitor the continuing risk and conducting reviews, timely and regularly communicating and reporting latest situation of our clients' business performances, especially the changes or potential changes of client operation risk, with/to members of Risk Committee
- take part in the improvement of operational procedures and contributing to product offering and service quality
Profile
- 5-7 years working experience, at least 5 consecutive years focus on large corporate client relationship establishment and maintenance
- Bachelor degree in Economics , Finance, Accounting or related major, under full time education in university or above
- experience and in-depth knowledge in the field of corporate banking business (with most focus on syndicated loan, bilateral loan, guarantee, and financial institutions' business)
- solid relationships with the local industry leading enterprises in Poland which can be proven by track records
- good relations with local and foreign Financial Institutions
- ability to handle business application process including analysis of clients' business and financial performance
- result oriented, self-motivated, work well under pressure and multitasking
- fluency in English
- knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
