Rekruter IT
Responsibilities:
Conducting end-to-end IT recruitment processes (Junior and Senior positions)
Building a talent pool of candidates through internal and external databases
Ensuring sufficient and best quality communication at all stages of the recruitment process with all parties involved
Preparing and posting adverts on various channels
Setting up best sourcing strategy
Searching and selecting applicants according to the Client’s needs
Scheduling interviews/ phone calls with candidates
Preparing candidates for interview
Keeping candidates fully updated throughout the process
Performing market analysis
Requirements:
1+ year of experience as an IT Recruiter (ideally with agency environment)
Fluent English (min. B2 level)
Experience with sourcing tools
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Goal oriented and hardworking person
Motivation and passion for recruitment
