Description
- Being an segment partner to lead on improvement of the quality of accounts, providing insights on the 'What' across finance statements for their segment
- Analyzing the the balance sheet performance, leading actions for resolution.
- Partnering with Finance functions driving end-to-end completeness and accuracy of financial statements (P&L and Balance Sheet).
- Leading the Control & Quality team who are the guardians for the key controls and key accounts.
- Being the first point of contact for OE partners.
- Receiving inputs and collaborate with the Quality Assurance & Control team.
- Owning and driving the clean chart of accounts.
- Partnering and supporting the Functional/Operational Excellence team to enable standardization and efficiency efforts across their OE.
Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting area.
- 7+ years of business experience with deep understanding of our finance processes and systems.
- In-depth knowledge of General Accounting best practices, processes, and internal controls.
- Experience with structuring and managing projects/project management skills is a plus.
- Fluency in English (C1 level).
- CPA/MBA is a plus.
