For our client, one of the fast-growing and international financial corporation in Cracow, we are looking for Regional Learning and Talent Coordinator.
On this position, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting Learning and Talent teams in implementation process of Learning and Talent solutions;
- Managing projects of individual trainings program;
- Cooperating with Business, HR, Learning Consultants, External Partners and Learning Vendors and other educational teams;
- Analyzing trend in training areas.
Our requirements:
- A very good spoken and written skills in English and German (min. B2 level);
- 2-3 years of experience in HR area;
- Knowledge of HR processes;
- Experience of working in international environment;
- High interpersonal and time management skills;
- Experience in managing projects;
- Ability to organize time and plan well
