Your new company
For an global leader in smart logistics and warehousing, serving the most prestigious clients in Europe we are currently looking for a person to take the position of Regional Head of Sales Eastern Europe. Our Client offers all aspect of digitalization and automation that is the complete mapping of process and information flows across the entire supply chain. This requires smart IT solutions that work together on a cross-sectoral basis.

Your new role
The person we are currently looking for you will be responsible for the further growth of our group of companies in the Eastern European region (Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Ukraine). You will be responsible for the professional and disciplinary management of the companies and teams in Eastern Europe. With a focus on the sales development and expansion of the region, you will strategically and operationally establish product and service portfolio in the market. In detail, your tasks will be as follows:
  • You will control, organise and be responsible for the Eastern Europe region and bear management responsibility for the associated companies and teams.
  • You are responsible for incoming orders and all sales activities in your region.
  • You are responsible for handling the customer projects carried out by your teams.
  • You are responsible for the support and servicing of customers in your region.
  • You define and implement strategies for regional development in cooperation with the central departments and the CEO of our group of companies.
  • You are responsible for budgeting and the results of the companies assigned to you in the region.
  • You analyse the market, conduct offer and contract negotiations with customers and ensure further growth within your region.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for candidates with a significant experience in managing branches and mainly sales teams. We are looking for the person who has experience in sales of IT solutions (software, ERP systems and similar). Knowledge and understanding of management and leadership experience in the IT, software or logistics environment and are well-versed in the area of operational and strategic sales. You should have comprehensive supply chain knowledge with a focus on intralogistics. Very welcome are Candidates with degree with a focus on logistics, supply chain, management or IT. Very good knowledge of English is a must. We are looking for candidates who are well-organized, goal-oriented, resolving mind, excellent relationships builder, strong leadership and management skills as well as ready to travel.
