Regional Financial Analyst (FP&A)

The hired person will be responsible for:

• Ensure highly efficient financial management analysis for 20 countries of CEE CIS POL under the scope.
• Responsible for setting up and improving reporting standards to the countries.
• Operate independently, without EMEA/ direct management (micro) involvement.
• Ensures high quality of monthly reporting, are well as Budgeting & Forecasting process.

Description

• Active and independent Business partner for Country Managers.
• Involved in monthly closing activities (accruals - Top Line, personnel bonuses, SG&A).
• Responsible for monthly standard reports(monthly P&L for 20 countries).
• Responsible for improvement in reporting standards (new reports, automation, user friendly reporting).
• Creates analytical dashboards - based on company needs.
• Drives high quality analysis of Regions and countries performance and technical side of Budgeting process.
• Provides support for Vice President for East Region and for Finance Business Partner.

Profile

• University degree
• Fluent communication in English (written,spoken)
• Min 3 years in Controlling or financial analysis
• Pharma, FCMG experience is a plus
• Strong analytical skills
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (advanced Excel)
• Experience with data management
• Engagement, Energy and enthusiasm to work
• Solid understanding and experience with managerial reporting, financial business processes.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalism.
• Ability to work independently and interact with managers from other countries
