Regional Controlling Manager
Proper candidate will join dynamic environment, will be fully responsible for financial control for few countries in CEE region. Will cooperate with Financial Director but also Regional Finance Director and will be engaged in support all business decisions taken on C-Level (including exposure on investors) and will take part also in investment project. Candidate will manage strong team based in Warsaw.
We are looking for high-specialised, hands on, manager, with more than 6 years of experience on Real Estate market and would like to develop in dynamic, growing, matrix, and challenging environment.

For our Client, and international Real Estate company, leader in their sector. Currently we are looking for Regional Controlling Manager (CEE) based in Warsaw.
Description
- Preparing management reports on the SPV's level and on the consolidated level (summaries presenting chosen positions form the financial statements as well as operational data, their performance in comparison to the budget and market data),
- Preparing budgets for SPV's and their consolidation,
- Preparing forecast of costs and income positions (monthly, quarterly, full year)
- Analysing variances of actual results from budget and/or forecast,
- Responsible for quarterly and yearly reporting process to the group,
Creating of controlling tools related to management accounting and budgeting process
- Reviewing, commenting and presentation of quarterly management reports to the management team,
- Managing checks, closing procedures and consolidation of Polish entities in group consolidation tool,
- Cooperation with join venture partners,
- Cash management for all SPV's in the CEE Region,
- Preparing financial projections and forecasts for the purpose of external financing acquisition and reports for the banks,
- Preparing financial models, analysing profitability of investments,
- Analysis of the quarterly financial statements of the SPV's with regards to its correctness,
- coordination of the valuation process for SPV's connected with external financing of investment,
Profile
- University education with accounting related degree - ACCA/CIMA or CPA qualification will be a strong asset,
- Minimum 6 years of experience in financial control, including at least 2-3 years of strong managerial experience,
- Experience in real estate market is necessary,
- Sound knowledge of IFRS standards,
- Experience in managing teams, project work, able to made his/her own opinion and support decisions,
- Ability to provide clear leadership and motivate people
- Understands key business drivers and proactively seeks out opportunities and recommends solutions that can be effectively supported
- Very good communication skills, able to work in matrix structure,
- Fluency in English is necessary,
