Regional Buyer- Packaging Material Procurement

As a member of the EU team for packaging materials the person will report to EU Procurement Director – Head of Packaging Materials EU Operations. 

Main Responsibilities: 

• Managing relationship with regional packaging material suppliers.
• Purchase price quoting and tendering. Negotiating and evaluation contract conditions for packaging material procurement. Purchase price and condition analyzing within EU region.
• Identification of opportunities to improve the purchase conditions. 
• Key performance indicator's analysis in order to optimize TEVA negotiating position.
• Managing all the projects in the EU region related to packaging material procurement. 

An ideal canidate should:

• Have university degree.
• Have minimally 2 years of experience in procurement. 
• Have minimally 2 years of work experience in production factories.
• Have analytical skills in MS Excel as a strict condition. 
• Have negotiation skills and experience in international negotiating. 
• Speak fluently English as a strict condition.
• Have participated/managed international projects.
