Regional Business Solutions & Insights Manager will be responsible and accountable for all related activities, projects, deployments related to BSI solutions to support Sales and Marketing organization and ensure that the company's application portfolio is adequate to the cover the needs of the business and correctly supports the go to market model. She/He will be a part of the Business Solutions and Insights team and will report into to the Area IS Director.

Client Details

Regional BSI Manager will provide a combination of commercial and technical expertise and leadership to the business on projects involving assessment, design, development, implementation and support of business solutions for marketing and sales. The BSI Regional Manager has a key role in providing actionable strategic recommendations, derived from integrating insights from market research, competitive intelligence, analytics, forecasting, CRM data. She/he will also work with key stakeholders on definition and aligning CRM system strategy and approach covering the mentioned above channels. Regional BSI Manager will supervise the implementation and maintenance of CRM application portfolio; work with delivery teams (Digital, Big Data, Support Services) during projects and BAU support, and will be a first level of escalation for issues and incidents related to those projects and support services. The role requires an end-to-end management of the projects, the vendor, budget and the services.

Description

General responsibilities within this position will typically cover:


* Deliver against agreed strategy and objectives on time, within budget and quality;
* Ensure alignment with global and regional standards and services provided to the business;
* Ensure highest level of security and internal control in all implemented IT solutions;
* If required, lead the design, development and deployment of global solutions in line with global standards;
* Ongoing cross functional partnership with IT and business unit top management to understand business fundamentals, design and build analytical tools that enable help deliver key insights
* Compliance with internal policies and procedures;
* Manage relationships with vendors and continuously work on the service improvements - take the lead to ensure appropriate service levels are agreed, review service performance against these agreed levels, identify service improvement plan/actions and ensure the successful and effective implementation of those plans.
* Manage budgets and resources across work streams ensuring cost effectiveness;
* Identify opportunities for the beneficial application of IT solutions and leads the implementation of existing IT services and development of new strategic and tactical IT solutions to business needs
* Educate IT regarding the needs and objectives of the assigned business. Delivers formal and informal presentations to staff within the IT function

Business and Application Support will include following:
* Implementing enterprise level projects and innovative and effective tool covering all the business needs for sales and marketing divisions;
* Consulting with stakeholders and subject matter experts to acquire appropriate business requirements;
* Understanding Sales and Marketing operations and future growth strategy - both offline and online;
* Designing technology solutions roadmap in line with key business priorities;
* Deploy and manage technology solutions as per the roadmap;
* Establish meaningful business relationships both internal and external business partners;
* Project Management and consistently managing deadlines and planning tasks across multiple resources and work streams;

Profile

1. The candidate must be able to demonstrate the following skills and competencies:
* Business analysis / requirements definition
* Possess a good understanding of a recognized Project Management Methodology
* Experience in implementation innovative IT solutions (e.g. in digital marketing, e-commerce, artificial intelligence solutions)
* Knowledge of web technologies
o Salesforce
o Power BI or other BI tool
o JDE/SAP (will be an advantage)
o SQL (will be an advantage)

2. Experience in providing IT solutions for marketing and sales area (also in digital marketing, artificial intelligence solutions)
3. Candidate must have a high level of commercial acumen and experience in cooperation with sales and marketing divisions, be able to demonstrate a detailed understanding of commercial business processes and their interdependencies, and articulate how technology is used as a strategic enabler to run and transform a commercial operation;
4. Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modelling, verification and methodology development;
5. Understanding basic integration tools (eg. Mulesoft) will be a benefit.
6. Understanding SFA solutions (eg. Nexxus MI, Veeva CRM, NewsPage) will be a benefit
7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal including active listening (English is a must, additional European language will be an advantage)
