Job Descriptions:
In direct cooperation with our managers, you participate in the part of our recruitment process.
Main tasks:
- Definition of job profiles (IT specialists and Engineers).
- Preparation and distribution of job offers in accordance with the needs of the managers.
- Candidates research and selection via LinkedIn, GoldenLine and other relevant tools.
- Identification and evaluation of potential candidates by phone.
- Establishing relationships with candidates.
- Scheduling interviews with managers.
- Being in charge of monitoring of individual indicators (KPIs) and weekly reporting.
Requirements:
- Graduated from human resources or business school with recruitment faculty
- Minimum 2 years of related recruitment experience within the IT service company
- With a real commercial ability, you want to develop your experience as a recruiter in
- High-tech projects for a fast growing company
- Ambitious, quick learner with very good communication skills
- Highly motivated and result oriented
- Very good English communication skills, both written and oral
