For our client, an international corporation, we are looking for a person for the position of Recruitment Specialist.

What will be your responsibility?
As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible, among other things, for running end-to-end recruitment processes (technical and non-technical). You will also build long-term relationships with candidates and candidate pipelines, as well as ensure that the candidate experience is as good as possible. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will also be responsible for creating innovative methods of sourcing and recruiting.

What are our requirements?
An ideal candidate should meet several main criteria. One of them is at least 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience. In addition, you should be fluent in English. Great communication skills and good phone manner will be appreciated.
