For our Client, an international company located in Kraków, we are looking for Recruitment Partner.

Within this position you will be responsible for filling open positions effectively and efficiently – mainly within IT, finance and HR field. You will be identifying candidates, using online recruiting sources such as job boards, Linkedin, university career centers, reviewing applications and participating in selection process (interviews, assessment centers, job simulations). You will be also supporting planning activities, preparing annual recruiting plan, developing ongoing creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies.

We are looking for Candidates with fluent English - C1 level and about 2-4 years of experience in recruitment in SSC/BPO sector (mainly IT, but also finance, HR roles). An ideal Candidate has to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills as well as ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment.
