Description
Acting as a Manager for internal TA teams
Ensuring the delivery of the recruitment processes coordinated by the Talent Acquisition team; monitoring the KPIs
Providing advice to the team members regarding their professional growth, training new team members
Identifying fields which can be improved, taking initiative and implementing new ideas
Profile
Proven experience in TA/Recruitment including people management
Higher education in Human Resources is nice to have
Fluent English is a must
Very good understanding of recruitment sourcing&delivery strategies
Personal resilience to work within a fast-paced environment
