Job Description
- Communication and evaluation of the translator teams (phone, e-mail)
- Support for our Production and Sales Departments at VEROLING in terms of maintaining the database of the providers
- Management of the HR documentation in a timely and effective manner
- Continuous evaluation of the linguists
- Represent VEROLING during the HR conferences, lectures, trade-shows and networking events
- Analysing training needs and arranging/conducting necessary webinars and trainings for freelance linguists

Requirements
- Fluent in English (excellent written and spoken communication skills)
- Good knowledge of an additional foreign language is an advantage
- Higher education (Linguistics, Psychology, Human Resources)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a team and service-minded approach
- Ability to multi-tasking and problem solving
- Effective time management
- Knowledge of the recruitment tactics and procedures
- Experience with multilingual teams
